Having a meltdown isn't a wonderful experience by any stretch of the imagination, but it can be a learning experience that is very difficult to achieve any other way - if one has the fortitude to evaluate it and learn from it. Life WILL have it's downsides and if we can learn to cope with them and keep an even keel, not focus on short term, then it can be a positive experience for us. So, very good for you for not wallowing in self-pity! Figure out why things happened and then learn to deal with it better in the future. I say this because I believe it, I've lived it and learned only after some very rough times; sometimes the motivation to deal with bad experiences has to be harsher for some of us than at other times :-) That callback rate is fantastic! Without that then the foundation of the relationship is weak! i know what its like to be both cheated and cheated on!! some of us forgive but we shouldnt be stupid enough to forget. We need to learn from our past relationship mistakes and learn to let go of them so that we can accept future relationships with open arms, but we cant do that if we dont let go of the past and the mistakes of the past! i hate the idea of being taken for granted, and being taken advantage of! We know what we deserve, and and we're better than that! sometime God allows those relationships as lessons to prepare us for "THE RIGHT ONE" ive learned that at times God wants us to be alone so that we can know that we are never truley ALONE!
